Korea Hospital Public Relations Association Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam Chapter to Hold Second Half Seminar This Year

November 28 at Pusan National University Hospital Regional Emergency Medical Center
Exploring the Theme: "Hospital and Clinic PR: Details Make the Difference"

The Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam Chapter of the Korea Hospital Public Relations Association (Chapter President: Park Junghoon, Deputy Director of General Affairs and Planning at Ulsan Elijah Hospital) will hold the "2025 Second Half Hospital and Clinic Public Relations Seminar" at the 9th floor auditorium of the Busan Regional Emergency Medical Center at Pusan National University Hospital on Friday, November 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.


Since holding its first public relations seminar at Yangsan Pusan National University Hospital in 2008, the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam Chapter of the Korea Hospital Public Relations Association has been dedicated to nurturing practical public relations experts in the local medical community for 17 years. Over 200 medical institutions and related organizations representing the region are active members.


The chapter contributes to the advancement of the regional medical sector by hosting regular seminars every spring and fall, as well as various events, to share the latest information across all areas of hospital public relations-including brand management, media relations, social media marketing, internal communication, design, video production, and website management-and by helping to enhance the job performance of professionals in these fields.


Notably, the first half seminar held in June drew a record-breaking attendance of over 250 participants, garnering significant attention.


The second half seminar, themed "Hospital and Clinic PR: Details Make the Difference," will feature practical lectures across various fields, including YouTube, AI, branding marketing, and the latest trends for 2026.


The speakers for the day are active professionals in line with the seminar’s theme: ▲ "YouTube Secrets of Successful Hospitals, A to Z" (Kim Eunjung, CEO and Executive Producer, Upeak) ▲ "Building a Real Marketing Team with AI: Practical Session" (Shin Juhye, CEO of Selfish Club and certified consultant for RYUTEN (AI)) ▲ "Reading Change: Trend Korea 2026" (Dr. Kwon Jungyun, Consumer Trend Analysis Center, co-author of Trend Korea) ▲ "Your Own Brand: Where Should You Start?" (Lee Jaeseok, CEO, Lee Jaeseok Advertising Research Institute).


Park Junghoon, who planned this seminar, stated, "This second half seminar is the result of our efforts to provide high-quality lectures that local hospital PR managers have requested through various surveys and feedback. The all-day seminar format, starting at 9:00 a.m. and first introduced at this year's spring seminar, received a great response with a record number of participants. Thanks to this, we were able to assemble an outstanding lineup of speakers rarely seen in the region, and I expect this seminar to be a great success."


The seminar is open to public relations, planning, international patient services, hospital management, administration, and related institution professionals not only from the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions but also nationwide. All participants will receive a seminar booklet and commemorative gifts. After the seminar, there will be a second session called "Night of Hospital PR Professionals," offering dinner and networking opportunities.
