Bando Construction announced on September 5 that Dasan Peninsula Yubora Maple Town, supplied in Namyangju, was selected as the top-ranked complex in the 2025 Model & Win-Win Apartment Management Certification System, organized by Gyeonggi Province.

The Model & Win-Win Apartment Management System was first launched by Gyeonggi Province in 1997, becoming the first of its kind in the nation. Since 2010, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has expanded the program under the name "Excellent Management Complex Selection." The initiative aims to enhance residential welfare for residents, strengthen autonomous management capabilities, and revitalize communities, while identifying exemplary management cases among apartment complexes subject to mandatory management.

Dasan Peninsula Yubora Maple Town began occupancy in March 2018 and consists of 11 buildings with a maximum of 30 floors, totaling 1,085 units. The complex earned high marks in the certification system for resident-led event activation, operation of various community programs, and revitalization of the small library, securing first place in the group for complexes with over 1,000 units.

In the "Model & Win-Win Apartment Management" program, complexes are evaluated in four main categories-general management, facility safety and maintenance, community activation, and recycling and energy saving-across a total of 17 criteria. In the first round, complexes recommended as first place in each group by city and county evaluations advance to a second round, where the top three in each group are selected, resulting in a total of nine final winners. Furthermore, the top-ranked complex in each group selected by Gyeonggi Province is given an additional opportunity to be recommended for the "Excellent Management Complex Selection" program organized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Meanwhile, Dasan Peninsula Yubora Maple Town was also recognized in June at the "Dasan Jeong Yak-yong Model & Win-Win Apartment Management" event hosted by Namyangju City. In 2021, it received an Excellence Award at the "Energy Best Apartment Complex Awards" organized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Korea Real Estate Board.

A Bando Construction representative stated, "We will continue to do our best to provide outstanding residential spaces that can be a source of pride for our residents."
