This limited edition model was created as a dedication to the first G-Class model series, the W 460, which captivated people in the 1980s with its unique appeal that combined both on-road and off-road performance after its initial launch in 1979.

The vehicle comes in two versions, the G 450 d and the G500, with a total of 460 units produced worldwide. Of these, 25 units of the G 450 d model will be sold in Korea.

The G-Class features state-of-the-art technology and driving performance, enhanced by three historic colors and unique design elements borrowed from the iconic 280 GE of the 1980s W460 series, as well as special equipment. These include "Manufaktur Agave Green" (10 units), "Manufaktur Cream" (10 units), and "Manufaktur Colorado Beige" (5 units), all of which were among the first color options for the G-Class at the time.

In addition, the turn indicators feature the distinctive orange color typical of the 1980s. To complete the vintage look, the front of the vehicle, radiator grille, bumper, wheel arches, and exterior mirror housings are finished in Night Black Magno, reflecting the impression of the early G-Class models.

The hood is adorned with a historic emblem design featuring the Mercedes-Benz logo and a laurel wreath motif on a blue background, while the rear door is decorated with the 1980s Mercedes-Benz logo and an edition-exclusive spare wheel cover.

The center of the black leather seats inside the vehicle features a dove gray checkered fabric pattern that was popular at the time. The front door sill panels are decorated with a topographical map of Mount Schockl near Graz, Austria, symbolizing the test track where the G-Class has proven its outstanding off-road capabilities since 1979. The price is 218.2 million won.
