A dining area has been set up in the connected space, allowing customers to naturally experience the vehicles and brand in their daily lives. Among Renault showrooms, Gangnam is the first in the world where a dealer-operated, non-directly managed location has introduced a food and beverage space.

The showroom now features the fusion restaurant "Very Kitchen Gangnam," which will serve sandwiches, salads, and more during the day, and offer fusion cuisine with wine in the evening.

The exterior has been updated with a new facade design reflecting the brand’s identity. To provide personalized services, the showroom also offers advanced digital solutions such as a 24-hour showroom accessible at any time through smart authentication technology, vehicle consultations and customized quotes powered by artificial intelligence algorithms, and a test drive reservation service based on the customer’s location.

In addition, Renault Korea is redesigning more than 170 showrooms nationwide. By 2028, the new showroom concept "NewR" will be applied to both the interior and exterior of showrooms, and in areas with excellent customer accessibility, small and fancy themed showrooms will be introduced. By the end of this year, 32 Renault Korea showrooms featuring the new concept are expected to open across the country.

A Renault Korea representative explained, "The new showrooms will be created as spaces where customers can easily experience not only vehicle purchase-related services such as consultations, test drives, contracts, and deliveries, but also enjoy 'The Original' goods featuring French design sensibilities-including clothing, fashion accessories, and car models-as well as a variety of brand activities."
