Gokseong County in South Jeolla Province (Governor Cho Sangrae) announced on September 1 that, to mark the 100th day since the launch of its daily pediatric clinic service, it conducted a satisfaction survey among residents who used the "Daily Pediatric Clinic" on August 21-22. The results showed that all respondents (100%) answered that they were either "very satisfied" or "satisfied," confirming the clinic's strong positive reception.

The survey was distributed to 444 people via Naver Form, with 175 responses received, resulting in a response rate of 40%. Most respondents said that, due to the absence of a pediatric clinic in the county in the past, they had to travel to Gwangju City (59%) or Namwon City in North Jeolla Province (20%) for medical treatment. The main reasons for satisfaction were "friendly medical care" (52%) and "close proximity" (28%). In addition, three out of four users reported having revisited the clinic.

The most common reason for visiting was general medical care (58%), followed by vaccinations (25%) and infant and toddler checkups (17%). The main channels through which people learned about the clinic were the county website and social media (32%), daycare centers and school newsletters (23%), and posters and banners (22%), indicating that a combination of online and offline promotion proved effective.

Notably, 73% of respondents were aware that the daily pediatric clinic was established through the Hometown Love Donation Program, and among them, 98% said they would recommend making a donation to acquaintances. This demonstrates that the Hometown Love Donation Program is closely connected to residents' lives and is spreading a positive perception.

Respondents also offered various suggestions for diversifying services and improving quality, such as expanding medical equipment, and mentioned the need for a reservation system. The county plans to incorporate these opinions from residents to further improve its services.

Governor Cho Sangrae stated, "The results of this survey clearly show that there is a significant demand for pediatric medical services among our residents," adding, "We will continue to provide higher-quality services by establishing a reservation system and expanding our medical infrastructure."

Meanwhile, the county plans to actively utilize the survey results in promotional content to be produced in November, aiming to widely publicize the achievements of the "Daily Pediatric Clinic" and the significance of the Hometown Love Donation Program.
