Wanju County to Hold "Job Fair" at Woosuk University Gymnasium on the 4th

Wanju County in North Jeolla Province announced on the 1st that it will hold the "2025 Wanju County Job Fair" at the Woosuk University Gymnasium on September 4.

This job fair will feature 100 companies, including those currently operating in the Wanju Industrial Complex and companies planning to move in. The event aims to provide recruiting companies with opportunities to hire outstanding talent, while offering job seekers employment opportunities and a variety of information related to recruitment.

The main events include recruitment briefings, special employment lectures, a recruitment zone, and an employment counseling zone. The recruitment briefings will feature four companies: Goldban Co., Ltd., BTE Co., Ltd. (scheduled to move in), Iljin Hysolus, and the Korea Testing & Research Institute (KTR), each providing information on their recruitment processes.

In particular, the employment special lecture & talk concert will be led by former MBC announcer Kim Daeho, who will give a lecture and host a communication session on the topic "Becoming the Outstanding Talent Companies Want."

At the employment counseling zone, companies planning to hire-including Jeongseok Chemical Co., Ltd., BTE Co., Ltd., Iljin Hysolus, the Korea Testing & Research Institute, Saemangeum Development Corporation, the Army Non-Commissioned Officer Corps, and the Wanju Cultural Foundation-will offer in-depth consultations and tailored advice on each stage of the hiring process.

County Governor Yoo Heetae said, "I hope this job fair becomes a meaningful opportunity for both job seekers and companies," adding, "We will continue to do our best to promote employment and address the challenges faced by both employers and job seekers."
