"Proven Performance and Capabilities in Creativity-Driven AI Entertainment"
Google Cloud announced on September 1 that it will strengthen its partnership with AI service platform company Lutton Technologies (Lutton), expanding collaboration across various sectors including AI, infrastructure, and security.

Lutton plans to further solidify its strategic AI partnership with Google Cloud by operating large-scale services in Korea and Japan based on Google Cloud’s infrastructure. As part of this partnership, Google Cloud will provide Lutton’s AI character chat service, “Crack,” with its latest Gemini 2.5 Pro model.
Launched by Lutton in April, Crack is a platform where users can interact with characters and create stories together. It offers users a new experience that goes beyond simple AI chat, enabling them to create, share, and communicate through original content. Users can generate their own AI characters with diverse personalities and backgrounds, and also enjoy characters created by others.
Google Cloud will now provide the Gemini 2.5 Pro model in addition to the previously available Gemini 2.5 Flash model on Crack. The Gemini 2.5 Pro model plays a key role in delivering a more immersive experience by supporting more natural conversations while maintaining consistency in the unique worlds and characters created by users.
The two companies had already announced close AI collaboration at the Google Cloud Day Seoul media briefing in July. Currently, the Gemini 2.5 model series is available in the “Lutton 3.0” service, and Google Cloud Vertex AI’s robust encryption capabilities securely protect the entire data processing workflow. Additionally, Lutton utilizes Google Cloud’s large-scale data analytics platform, BigQuery, for major internal decision-making processes.
Seyoung Lee, CEO of Lutton, stated, “During the evaluation process for the AI model to be implemented in Crack, the Gemini 2.5 Pro model demonstrated outstanding performance and capabilities, even in AI entertainment fields that require creativity. We will continue to strengthen our AI collaboration with Google Cloud and serve as a bridge to help users seamlessly utilize AI.”
Jisung Ji, President of Google Cloud Korea, said, “As Lutton’s close AI partner, we will actively support the company’s further growth and advancement not only in Korea and Japan but also beyond.”
