Busan Urban Corporation Holds Communication Meeting with Managers of Aging Rental Apartment Management Offices

Enhancing Safety and Residential Satisfaction

Busan Urban Corporation (BMC, President Shin Changho) held a communication meeting on the 19th of last month in the main auditorium of its headquarters, targeting on-site staff from management offices of rental apartments that are over 15 years old.

This meeting was organized to explore efficient management strategies for rental apartments, and included both safety management training and the collection of on-site feedback.

The event was attended by managers from 15 rental housing management offices, facility maintenance managers, and officials from the corporation. Participants shared and discussed major issues such as facility safety management, replacement and repair of aging facilities, and environmental improvements within the complexes.

Prior to the meeting, an external expert provided training on facility safety management, enhancing the on-site response capabilities of the staff. The open exchange of opinions also generated a variety of improvement ideas.

The corporation plans to actively reflect the collected feedback in facility improvement projects and strengthen its cooperation system with management offices to enhance the safety and residential satisfaction of tenants.

Shin Changho, President of Busan Urban Corporation, emphasized, "We will make it a regular practice to directly listen to voices from the field and do our utmost to ensure the safety of residents and create a pleasant living environment."
