This meeting was organized to prevent serious accidents at construction sites, which have been occurring nationwide.
President Changho Shin personally visited the site to review the safety management plan, communicate with site personnel, and raise awareness of safety.
The meeting was attended by President Shin, the head of the safety management office, the head of the housing business division, the head of the mechanical business division, the head of the construction project management team, the site representative, and the safety and health managers.
The meeting proceeded in the following order: a report on the safety management plan, the CEO's safety message, and an on-site safety inspection. Potential hazards and countermeasures that could arise at the new construction site were shared.
President Shin emphasized, "Safety must become a culture that workers uphold themselves, beyond just a legal obligation," adding, "When management leads by example in practicing a safety culture, the level of safety management can be enhanced."
Busan Urban Corporation expects this meeting to serve as an opportunity to spread a culture of voluntary safety and plans to continue CEO-led on-site inspections and various communication programs in the future.
The Eco Delta City 11BL (Prugio Trepark) public sale housing project will consist of a total of 1,370 units, with construction scheduled to begin in July 2025 and completion expected in September 2028. Applications for residents will start on September 1.
