Daewoo E&C announced on August 29 that it will open the model house for Mangpo Station Prugio Le Mark. This complex, part of the Mangpo Station area mixed-use development project in Suwon, will consist of three buildings with 8 basement floors and 40 above-ground floors, offering a total of 615 units with exclusive areas ranging from 62 to 100 square meters.
The average pre-sale price is 32.01 million won per 3.3 square meters. Move-in is scheduled for February 2030. Special supply applications will be accepted on September 8, followed by first and second priority applications on September 9 and 10. Winners will be announced on September 18. The formal contract period will run for three days from September 29 to October 1. Anyone aged 19 or older residing in the Seoul metropolitan area, regardless of homeownership status or whether they are a household member, is eligible to apply for first priority. There are no restrictions on re-winning.
A direct passage connecting the complex to the subway station will be constructed. Once the Dongtan Urban Railway, planned as a tram, is completed, it will provide easy access to Byeongjeom and Dongtan. The area surrounding the complex is well-equipped with national and express highways. Shopping and cultural facilities, as well as medical facilities, are nearby. Elementary, middle, and high schools are within walking distance. Residents will also have convenient access to riverside parks and sports facilities.
Suwon Samsung Digital City is located across from the complex, and both the Samsung Electronics Nano City Giheung Campus and Hwaseong Campus are also nearby. The new apartments are designed with living rooms open on two sides. Each household will have 1.54 parking spaces on average, and there will be a relatively high number of large units, with 273 units featuring an exclusive area of 100 square meters.
