A video posted by Lee Junseok, a member of the National Assembly from the Reform New Party, on his social networking service (SNS) has become a hot topic. In the video, a father teaches his daughter not to follow a stranger just because they offer her something. The daughter then asks, "Dad, then why did you vote for the man who said he'd give you money?"
This video was recently created using AI (artificial intelligence). It appears to have been produced in a similar style to a viral video featuring a Black man teaching English to a Korean grandmother, which has recently gained widespread attention.
On August 28, Lee Junseok posted on his Facebook, "Recently, videos of Black men and grandmothers speaking English are trending due to the algorithm. The Reform New Party will also try to ride this wave by utilizing AI videos," and uploaded the video.
In the video, the father tells his daughter, "Sua, nothing in this world is free. Even if a stranger offers you something, you should never follow them." The daughter then asks, "What if they offer a lot of money?" The father replies, "Especially if it's money, you absolutely shouldn't. That's a very bad thing." The daughter then counters, "Then why did you vote for the man who said he'd give you money?" and the video ends there.

This video is interpreted as targeting President Lee Jaemyung and the Democratic Party's "Livelihood Recovery Consumption Coupon" policy. The Livelihood Recovery Consumption Coupon is a measure aimed at revitalizing the economy, boosting consumption, and increasing sales for small business owners and the self-employed.
The first round of support, which provides 150,000 to 400,000 won per person to all citizens, is currently underway from July 21 to September 12. The second round, which will provide an additional 100,000 won per person to 90% of the population, is scheduled to take place from September 22 to October 31.
Lee Junseok stated, "I will make political issues that may seem difficult easy and fun to understand. If you have any interesting ideas, feel free to contact me. I will incorporate your suggestions to create even more diverse content."
