"Youth Mic" Performance by Young Artists in Hajomaeul, Gwangyang on the 30th

The "Youth Mic" performance, where young artists meet citizens on the stage of local villages, will be held on the 30th in Hajomaeul, Gwangyang, Jeonnam.

The "2025 Culture Day Youth Mic Jeolla-Jeju Region" performance, hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Regional Culture Promotion Agency, will take place at 6 p.m. that day in Hajomaeul, Bonggangmyeon, Gwangyang-si, Jeonnam. "Youth Mic" is a flagship street performance program that transforms everyday spaces such as plazas, markets, parks, and beaches into performance venues, allowing young artists to present creative and experimental stages.


This performance will feature haegeum performer Danbi Kim, vocal ensemble Liblings, classical group Arcangiel, and crossover band Playgaon. Magic performer Taeyoung Park will also make a special appearance, adding diversity to the show.


This year’s Jeolla-Jeju Region performance is introducing a new model for expanding everyday spaces such as beaches, forests, villages, and plazas into cultural venues under the slogan, "Every Moment, Everywhere is a Stage!
