Introducing the "Dip Collection" for the First Time in a Korean Department Store
Shinsegae Food announced on August 28 that it will open "Beckia Enuvo Gastro" at the deli corner on the first basement floor of Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam branch.
"Beckia Enuvo Gastro," the new store introduced by Shinsegae Food, is a premium deli that offers over 30 varieties of healthy gourmet dishes made with European ingredients and chef-created recipes.
The signature menu at "Beckia Enuvo Gastro" is the "Gastro Salad," which is notable for being sold in customized portions according to the customer's preference. Developed as a signature menu reflecting European gourmet trends, it is designed to serve as a healthy meal or to be paired with wine and other beverages. Instead of the leafy greens typically used in salads, it features premium plant-based ingredients such as artichoke, as well as premium healthy grains like farro, red quinoa, and chickpeas. The salad is completed with Sicilian organic extra virgin olive oil, organic white wine vinegar, freshly made mayonnaise produced daily, and antibiotic-free grade 1 specialty eggs, delivering excellence in taste, aroma, appearance, and nutrition.
The "Dip Collection," being introduced for the first time in a domestic department store, features three types of hummus-plain hummus, beet hummus, and avocado hummus-all developed and perfected by a chef with experience in luxury hotels. Customers can also enjoy other dipping sauces such as moutabal and tzatziki. In addition, "Artisan Sandwiches" and "Gourmet Pasta" are available.
