This complex will consist of 10 buildings, ranging from four basement levels to 39 above-ground floors. Of the total 1,595 units with exclusive areas between 49 and 122 square meters, 1,355 will be available for general sale. Applications will begin with special supply on September 1, followed by first-priority applications on September 2 and second-priority on September 3. Winners will be announced on the 10th. The contract period for successful applicants will run from September 22 to 24.

The greatest strength of 'Jiwell Elyum Yangju Deokgye Station' is its prime location right next to the subway. The complex is a five-minute walk from Deokgye Station on Subway Line 1. Once the GTX-C line opens, it will be possible to reach Samseong Station in about 20 minutes. In addition, transportation infrastructure is set to improve significantly, with the opening of the Dobongsan~Okjeong extension of Line 7 scheduled for 2026, the planned Okjeong~Pocheon extension after passing the preliminary feasibility study, the Seoul~Yangju Expressway expected by 2030, and the Second Metropolitan Ring Expressway, which is scheduled to be fully opened by 2029. These developments are expected to greatly enhance accessibility to Seoul in the future.

The area is also notable for its concentration of large industrial complexes. The Hoecheon Urban High-Tech Industrial Complex, scheduled for completion at the end of this year; Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley, to be completed in 2026; and Eunnam Industrial Complex, set for 2027, as well as existing complexes such as Doha, Hongjuk, and Geomjun, can all be reached within about 30 minutes by car.

The area surrounding the complex boasts excellent living infrastructure, including large commercial facilities such as Emart and LF Square, as well as a concentration of clinics and educational institutes in the Deokgye Station commercial district. A 300-bed public hospital, 'Okjeong Public Medical Center' (Gyeonggi Northern Medical Center), is also planned nearby by Gyeonggi Province. New schools within walking distance are scheduled to open, including Hoecheon Saebom Elementary School (2026), Hoecheon 4th Middle School (2027), and Yangju 2nd High School (2027). Natural and sports facilities such as Gojang Mountain, a riverside park, and the planned Deokgye Industrial District Sports Park are also nearby, ensuring a pleasant residential environment.

'Jiwell Elyum Yangju Deokgye Station' maximizes practicality with a variety of layouts and storage designs, including plate-type and tower-type structures, 3- to 4-bay units, alpha rooms, and pantries. Each unit features differentiated designs such as large kitchen windows, wide washbasins, and LDK (living-dining-kitchen) layouts. Advanced residential systems will also be introduced, including smartphone-linked one-pass entry, parking guidance and location registration systems, unmanned parcel delivery, and IoT-linked wall pads. Community facilities will cater to all age groups, including a curated book cafe by Youngpoong Bookstore, fitness center, golf practice range, dry sauna, private study rooms, daycare center, care center, and guest house. Large-scale landscaping and walking trails will also be created, making this a nature-friendly complex.

A Shinyoung representative stated, "As the first 'Jiwell' brand complex in Yangju and a large-scale development with 1,595 units in a prime location next to Deokgye Station, it will become a landmark in northern Gyeonggi Province." The model home is located in Goyup-dong, Yangju, and move-in is scheduled for April 2029.
