On August 21, global beauty and healthcare company Moa Life Plus announced that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Danhwi Entertainment, a specialized TikTok Live agency.
This MOU represents a strategic partnership aimed at combining the core competencies of Moa Life Plus and Danhwi Entertainment to actively strengthen branding and marketing efforts. Moa Life Plus is a bio-based beauty and healthcare company, while Danhwi Entertainment is an entertainment agency that discovers and nurtures celebrities and creators across various fields both domestically and internationally.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to closely collaborate on product planning and marketing content production, taking into account the characteristics and fan bases of their affiliated creators. In particular, Moa Life Plus's 'Doctors PGA' cosmetics, immune-boosting individually approved health functional foods, and the children's health supplement 'Kids Max' will be branded together with Danhwi Entertainment's leading creators to engage more closely with consumers.
Danhwi Entertainment will launch the first participatory campaign, '1+1 Donation Challenge' Season 1, in partnership with Moa Life Plus starting in September. When a customer purchases one box of 'ImmuneN PGA-K' from Moa Life Plus's official online store, a creator affiliated with Danhwi Entertainment will personally deliver the same product to a municipal nursing home or a senior living alone, putting the spirit of sharing into action.
A representative from Moa Life Plus stated, "This strategic business agreement is an attempt to create new value in the market by organically connecting our health and skincare brands with creators, such as by providing our developing shopping mall platform to creators," adding, "Moa Life Plus will continue to grow as a global beauty and healthcare company."
Meanwhile, the shopping mall platform that Moa Life Plus is developing with RNDPIA is a system designed to provide various creators around the world who wish to launch their own online stores with solutions such as simple payment services for targeting overseas markets, including China, Southeast Asia, and the United States, as well as future support for payments in Korean won stablecoins.
