Bill Gates Returns to Korea After Three Years
to Expand Collaboration with Korean Companies
Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft (MS), will appear on a Korean variety show.
On August 18, CJ ENM announced that Bill Gates will be featured on tvN's "You Quiz on the Block," which is scheduled to air later this month. "You Quiz on the Block" is a talk show hosted by Yoo Jaeseok and Jo Seho.
Bill Gates is the co-founder of MS and a globally renowned billionaire who, through the Gates Foundation, is dedicated to global health, education, climate change, and poverty eradication.
Recently, he announced his intention to return approximately $200 billion (about 280 trillion won) to society by 2045, combining 99% of his personal wealth and donations from the Gates Foundation.
He is reportedly visiting Korea for the first time in three years this month to expand collaboration with Korean companies.
