Strategic Partnership with Stealian
Offering Penetration Testing Services for Cyber Insurance Customers
Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance announced on August 18 that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with cybersecurity company Stealian to launch a "Penetration Testing Service for Cyber Insurance Customers."
The signing ceremony took place on August 14 at Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance's headquarters in Gwanghwamun, Seoul. The event was attended by Euiyoung Yoon, Executive Vice President and Head of the Corporate Insurance Division at Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance, Chanam Park, CEO of Stealian, and other representatives from both companies.

This agreement was established to proactively assess customers' security risks and strengthen a risk management system focused on accident prevention.
Under the agreement, Stealian will provide penetration testing services from an attacker's perspective to Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance's cyber insurance customers. Based on the test results, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance will systematically analyze each customer's security level and propose tailored risk management solutions.
Executive Vice President Yoon stated, "Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance offers cyber insurance programs to leading domestic companies through systematic analysis of cyber risks. Through this collaboration with Stealian, we expect to enhance our customer service competitiveness and contribute to the growth of the domestic cyber insurance market."
CEO Park commented, "In overseas markets, insurance companies and cybersecurity firms already collaborate to provide various security services. We will work together to develop services that customers can tangibly benefit from."
