Samsung Electronics is introducing a new Bespoke AI water purifier that filters out 82 types of harmful substances.
On the 18th, Samsung Electronics announced the launch of its new Bespoke AI water purifier countertop model. The ability to filter out 82 types of harmful substances is among the highest in the domestic industry. The new product features ▲a corrosion-resistant stainless steel direct water pipe, ▲an automatic sterilization function that eliminates 99.9% of bacteria in the direct water pipe, and ▲an automatic drainage function to ensure cleaner water and easy product maintenance. Additionally, as a 17 cm-wide countertop type that can be placed on a kitchen sink without any additional installation, it maximizes space efficiency. Samsung Electronics also highlighted its design, which enhances the overall look of the kitchen interior.

The Bespoke AI water purifier countertop model features a 'four-stage filter system' composed of an ultra-precision filter that is 1,000 times finer than a human hair. This four-stage filter system, officially certified by NSF International (NSF), a water purifier and drinking water testing organization accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), effectively removes a total of 82 types of harmful substances, including microplastics, heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and chromium, as well as microcystin.
Furthermore, the new product uses a stainless steel direct water pipe that is highly resistant to contamination and corrosion. It is equipped with an 'automatic direct water pipe sterilization' function, which sterilizes the pipe through electrolysis every three days, allowing for easy hygiene management without the need for in-person service visits. The 'automatic direct water pipe sterilization' function eliminates 99.9% of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Klebsiella pneumoniae.

In addition, the product offers enhanced convenience through a variety of features, including SmartThings integration and 'Bixby' voice recognition. With SmartThings, users can efficiently manage filter lifespan by checking replacement timing based on actual usage. The product also allows precise adjustment of water volume and temperature, helping to improve cooking results. The water volume can be set in 10 mL increments from 50 mL to 1,000 mL, and the temperature can be adjusted in 5°C increments up to a maximum of 90°C.
Using the AI voice assistant 'Bixby', users can set modes such as cold water or purified water, as well as desired water volume, by voice command. For example, after saying, "Hi Bixby, set purified water to 520 mL," and pressing the dispense button, the device will provide water at the specified temperature and volume. Voice commands can also be used to set the optimal water amount for 38 different instant noodle recipes. For instance, saying, "Bixby, set for Shin Ramyeon," and pressing the dispense button will deliver the exact amount of water needed for the Shin Ramyeon recipe.
