Celebrating 10 Years of Service
Over 1 Million Cumulative Passengers as of May
Air Busan will significantly increase the number of flights on its Busan-Danang route.
On August 13, Air Busan announced that it will increase the frequency of the Busan-Danang route from seven to eleven flights per week between September 3 and September 30. Starting October 1, when the Chuseok holiday period begins, the frequency will be further increased to fourteen flights per week.
The flight schedule departs from Gimhae International Airport at 10:05 p.m. and arrives in Danang at 1:15 a.m. the following day. The return flight departs at 2:15 a.m. and arrives at Gimhae Airport at 7:55 a.m.
Air Busan was the first domestic carrier to launch regular service on the Busan-Danang route in April 2015. This year marks the tenth anniversary of the route, and in May, the cumulative number of passengers surpassed one million.
An Air Busan representative stated, "The Busan-Danang route continues to be popular," adding, "By increasing supply, travelers will be able to plan their trips with greater certainty."
