K Bank Launches Content Creation Program with University Students to Promote Products and Services

K Bank Launches First Generation of University Student Creators
20 Participants Selected from Highly Competitive Pool
Program Aims to Engage Generation Z with Innovative Content
Six-Month Initiative Focused on Digital Marketing and Content Creation
Special Benefits and Mentoring Provided to Top Performers

On August 12, K Bank announced that it had held the launch ceremony for the 'K Bank University Student Creator 1st Generation' program. The 'University Student Creator 1st Check-in Day' event took place at the K Bank headquarters, attended by the 20 selected students, CEO Woo Hyung Choi, and other executives and staff members.

The university student creator program was launched with the goal of presenting K Bank's diverse products and services in an engaging way tailored to Generation Z (those born after 1997). Over the next six months, participants will produce content introducing K Bank's products and services.

The main activities include planning and appearing in videos introducing products and services, creating social networking service (SNS) content, producing brand advertisements, and serving as models. Through these activities, the students will strengthen their content planning abilities and digital marketing skills by experiencing projects similar to actual marketing work.

The recruitment process, which began in June, drew significant interest from enrolled and on-leave university students nationwide, resulting in a competition ratio of about 20 to 1. After document screening and interviews, 20 participants were ultimately selected.

Participants will receive various forms of support, including networking workshops, close mentoring and feedback from industry professionals, an activity stipend of 3 million won (500,000 won per month), and additional special activity allowances. The top performer will be awarded a prize of 1 million won and special benefits such as the opportunity to be featured as a cover model for 'Daehaknaeil' magazine.

The event featured a welcome speech from CEO Woo Hyung Choi, an introduction to the K Bank brand, and a special lecture by an expert on content trends and production know-how to assist with future content creation, among other diverse programs.

A K Bank representative stated, "We look forward to seeing content that creatively reinterprets K Bank's products and services with fresh ideas representing Generation Z, making them more accessible and enjoyable for a wider audience. We hope that the six months as university student creators will be a meaningful and memorable experience."
