Reflecting Residents' Opinions in Fund Project Selection

Geochang County in South Gyeongsang Province is conducting a survey on preferences for the Hometown Love Fund projects until August 20, 2025, in order to reflect the opinions of residents for the selection of the 2026 Hometown Love Fund projects.

The county has independently identified a total of four projects to be funded by the Hometown Love Fund: replacement of outdated equipment at the Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, support for Geochang-style nighttime pharmacies, operation of a growth support program for infants and young children, and operation of a mobile elementary school diploma recognition program.

The survey is conducted on the county office's website, where participants can select two preferred projects out of the four identified. Any resident interested in the Geochang County Hometown Love Donation Program may participate.

Lee Namyeol, Director of Strategy, stated, "Since the Hometown Love Fund is used to promote the welfare of our residents, the voices of the people are most important," adding, "We hope many will participate so that the Geochang County Hometown Love Fund can be used for projects that are truly needed in our county."
