Asiana Airlines announced on the 11th that it has relocated its Seoul Central Ticket Office from Gongdeok-dong to Seosomun-dong.
The newly opened Central Ticket Office is located on the 9th floor of the Korean Air Building in Jung-gu, Seoul. It is easily accessible, being near Exit 10 of City Hall Station on Subway Line 2. The ticket office operates on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and is closed on weekends and public holidays.
The ticket office is equipped with a total of six counters and provides ticket issuance and refund services for tickets reserved or purchased directly through Asiana Airlines' website and reservation center.
This relocation was carried out as part of the integration with Korean Air. Since Korean Air's downtown ticketing counter is also located in the same building, the move is expected to enable swift business cooperation between the two companies and improve customer convenience as their networks become more closely integrated.
Meanwhile, Asiana Airlines has also relocated its Human Resources Development Team office to Korean Air's Deungchon-dong headquarters and transferred some functions of its Medical Services Team to the Korean Air Integrated Aviation Health and Medical Center, continuing pre-integration cooperation and organizational linkage in preparation for the merger.
