Improving Housing Finance Services That the Public Can Truly Feel

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Kim Kyunghwan) is holding an experience essay contest under the theme "Korea Housing Finance Corporation Story, Customers Are the Main Characters" to improve housing finance services in ways that the public can truly feel.
Any customer who has used the corporation's products or services?such as Bogeumjari Loan and other mortgage loans, individual housing guarantees, or housing pensions?can participate. Participants are invited to submit touching stories or their experiences using these services by October 31, either through the corporation's website, by email, or by mail.
The judging will comprehensively evaluate theme relevance, originality, quality of work, and applicability. Awards will be given to one grand prize winner (1 million won), three first prize winners (500,000 won each), five excellence award winners (300,000 won each), and ten encouragement award winners (100,000 won each). The selected entries will be reflected in efforts to improve service quality, including potential policy enhancements.
