One-stop Service from Application to Delivery and Return
On August 11, Uiksu Company, the operator of the mobile laundry platform 'Lundrigo', announced the launch of its 'Hotel Towel Home Service', which delivers five-star hotel towels to customers' homes, as part of its strategy to target the premium lifestyle market.
The Hotel Towel Home Service is a premium offering from Lundrigo that combines the company's expertise in contactless mobile laundry and hotel laundry services. Lundrigo plans to expand its home service lineup beyond towels to include hotel-grade products such as bed sheets, all-season goose down comforters, and bathrobes.
Customers do not need to purchase towels separately; by applying through the Lundrigo app, they can receive towels laundered to five-star hotel quality standards at a hotel laundry-dedicated facility and simply return them after use. The basic package consists of 14 towels in total: seven daily towels and seven compact bath towels, with the option to adjust quantities as needed.
To commemorate the service launch on August 14, Lundrigo is running a special promotion for subscription customers, offering a hotel towel package valued at 13,500 won for 7,600 won. The first 2,000 customers will also receive a complimentary 'Cetaphil Hydrating Foaming Cream Cleanser' as a gift.
A representative from Uiksu Company stated, "Lundrigo will continue to introduce innovative services that add real value to customers' lifestyles."
