Quick and Easy Access to Mobilization Training Schedules via Military Manpower Administration System Integration
Enhanced Customer Convenience and Expansion of Lifestyle Finance Services
Hana Bank announced on August 8 that it is offering a "Reserve Forces Mobilization Training Schedule Inquiry" service through its flagship mobile app, Hana OneQ.
The "Reserve Forces Mobilization Training Schedule Inquiry" service allows reserve forces personnel to easily and conveniently check their mobilization training schedules on the Hana OneQ app, by linking with the Military Manpower Administration's system.
Hana Bank is participating in the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's public institution digital service opening project to enhance customer convenience and expand its lifestyle finance services. As a result, Hana Bank customers can now easily and conveniently check their reserve forces mobilization training schedules on the Hana OneQ mobile app, a feature that was previously only available on the Military Manpower Administration's website.
In the fourth quarter of this year, Hana Bank also plans to provide a "Military Service Physical Examination Schedule Inquiry Service," further strengthening its lifestyle finance services for those subject to military service obligations.
An official from Hana Bank's Digital Channel Department stated, "We have introduced this service to enhance convenience for our reserve forces customers, who are a vital part of the nation's reserve power," adding, "We will continue to expand differentiated lifestyle finance services and strive to provide tangible, customer-centric benefits."
Meanwhile, Hana Bank is providing a variety of public services through the Hana OneQ mobile app to improve customer convenience, including: "Consumer Life Safety Information" from the Korea Consumer Agency to promote consumer rights; "Benefit Notification Service" for customized government benefits; "Hometown Love Donation" to encourage a culture of giving; "Smart Pass" for overseas travelers; Government24 electronic certificates; and National Secretary services.
Additionally, Hana Bank has been selected as the third-phase operator for the Nara Sarang Card project and will provide customized financial products and digital services for military personnel for eight years starting in 2026.
