Inorulse and Inoberry Sign MOU for Joint Development of Insurance AI Systems
Accelerating AI Transformation (AX) in the Insurance Sector

Inorulse announced on the 8th that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Inoberry, a company specializing in financial artificial intelligence (AI), on the 7th, and that the two companies would begin joint development of AI systems specialized for the insurance sector.


The two companies will jointly pursue the development of insurance-optimized AI systems and the establishment of related infrastructure, leveraging their respective technologies and products.

The AI system to be developed under this agreement will be tailored for insurance operations and will incorporate core AI technologies such as AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), large language models (LLM), and machine learning (ML). Through this collaboration, the two companies plan to accelerate the adoption of AI in the insurance sector and secure a leading position in the insurance AX (AI transformation) market.


Inorulse possesses DX products and technological capabilities that have been recognized in the market. Recently, the company strengthened its AX capabilities through collaboration with the AI company AgileSoDA. Inorulse is expanding its presence across finance, enterprise, and public sectors, solidifying its leading position as an AX company.


Inoberry was founded by experts with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. It is a company specializing in the financial industry, driving business innovation through AI and the latest IT technologies.


Insu Jang, CEO of Inorulse, stated, "I expect that our collaboration with Inoberry, which has an extensive network and capabilities in the financial sector, will accelerate AX in the insurance field. We will work closely together to enhance the competitiveness and advancement of the insurance industry and deliver tangible results in the near future."


Minjae Jo, CEO of Inoberry, said, "Having worked in the financial IT sector for a long time, I have always emphasized innovation. Through this collaboration, we will take the lead in innovating the insurance industry through AX and contribute to enhancing the industry's competitiveness."


Meanwhile, Inorulse has declared this year as the inaugural year for its leap as an AX specialist company and has carried out a large-scale organizational restructuring. The company is focusing its investments on research and development (R&D), as well as recruiting talent and developing products to strengthen its AX capabilities.
