Pursuing a Digital-Based Luxury Cosmetics Beauty Strategy
Lotte Shopping's e-commerce platform, LotteON, announced on August 5 that it had signed a strategic business partnership with Christian Dior Beauty Korea at the Dior Beauty Korea headquarters in Gwanghwamun, Seoul, on August 1.

The signing ceremony was attended by key executives from both companies, including Park Ikjin, Head of Lotte Shopping's e-commerce division, Hwang Hyungseo, Head of Marketing, Park Eunho, Head of Sales, as well as Kim Baeknam, Country Manager of Christian Dior Beauty Korea, and other representatives, who gathered to express their commitment to collaboration.
Through this business agreement, LotteON and Dior Beauty plan to set and achieve joint business objectives in the rapidly changing online mall and beauty market environment.
Dior Beauty Korea will jointly plan products and services for LotteON customers, while LotteON aims to move beyond simple distribution and actively pursue a digital-based luxury cosmetics beauty strategy through this collaboration. Both companies have agreed to strengthen cooperation in various areas with the goal of driving sales growth.
LotteON plans to leverage its insights into beauty consumers to implement a variety of marketing strategies. Since last year, LotteON has selected beauty as one of its vertical businesses and has been accumulating related data.
