Namwon City Recruiting Residents for 'One-Month Stay' Guesthouse

Applications Accepted Until August 14
Pre-Experience Program for Returning to Farming and Rural Migration

Namwon City in North Jeolla Province (Mayor Choi Kyungsik) is accepting applications for residents of the 'One-Month Stay Guesthouse' until August 14.


According to the city on August 4, the selected residents will be able to live for one month in the guesthouse located within the Jusaeng Stay-Type Practical Village, a temporary residence facility operated by Namwon City. This program offers an opportunity to experience rural life and the process of relocating to Namwon in advance.

Residents will be selected based on their applications, considering factors such as registration on the 'Greendaero' rural migration website, membership in the Namwon Nuri Citizen portal, the applicant's age, and whether they have completed rural migration education.


A total of two guesthouse units are available in this recruitment. Each unit has a living space of approximately 22 square meters and is fully equipped with basic home appliances such as a washing machine, refrigerator, and air conditioner. Residents are required to pay a deposit of 500,000 won and a monthly usage fee of 150,000 won to use the facility for 30 days.


The One-Month Stay Guesthouse program will be operated until December. Detailed information can be found on the official website of Namwon City and the Greendaero rural migration portal.
