On August 4, TXR Robotics announced that it had signed a business agreement with iRAYPLE, a Chinese company specializing in machine vision and autonomous mobile robots, to advance next-generation robot automation solution technologies.

The signing ceremony, held on August 1 at the Dahua headquarters in Hangzhou, China, was attended by TXR Robotics CEO Eom Inseop, Executive Director Choi Jongguk, Executive Director Kim Daekwang, Executive Director Choi Seongho, as well as iRAYPLE Vice President and Co-Founder Li Ming, East Asia General Manager Eric Zhang, and Korea Branch Manager Kim Kyungseong, along with other key personnel from both companies.

Through this agreement, TXR Robotics plans to establish a comprehensive technology cooperation system that includes: standardization of robot automation hardware platforms; advancement of AI vision-based applications; and regular technology exchanges and joint project initiatives.

In particular, TXR Robotics aims to integrate iRAYPLE’s high-precision machine vision with its own robot fleet management system (FMS) and SLAM-based autonomous driving technology, in order to implement an “intelligent robot automation solution” optimized for industrial sites. To achieve this, iRAYPLE’s autonomous mobile robots will be adopted as the standard platform for TXR Robotics solutions, prioritized in projects to enhance system stability and operational efficiency.

iRAYPLE, which has entered into this agreement with TXR Robotics, is a core subsidiary of Dahua Group, a leading player in the global video security market. iRAYPLE possesses unrivaled technological capabilities in machine vision and autonomous mobile robots, which are key to robot automation. The company is particularly recognized for its outstanding integrated hardware and software design capabilities, giving it world-class competitiveness in core robot automation components.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to create strong synergy by combining their respective core technologies, thereby securing a leading position in the domestic high-end robot automation market and dramatically strengthening their global market competitiveness.

CEO Eom stated, "iRAYPLE’s high-precision machine vision is a core element that will maximize the perception and operational accuracy of our robot automation solutions," adding, "By internalizing this technology, we will introduce high-performance robot automation solutions with perfectly integrated software and hardware, leading the global market."
