Recruitment of New Employees for Grade 6·Entry-level and Grade 9 Sales and Production Positions
KT&G announced on August 4 that it will be accepting applications for this year's open recruitment of new employees until the 20th.
This year's recruitment will be conducted through the Grade 6·Entry-level and Grade 9 tracks. The Grade 6·Entry-level positions include business management, global sales·marketing, manufacturing, raw materials, and research and development (R&D). Applicants must have graduated from a four-year university or higher, either domestically or internationally, or be scheduled to graduate by February 2026. All applicants are required to submit an official English speaking test score that meets a certain standard.
The Grade 9 track is for sales and production positions, and anyone can apply regardless of educational background or major.
The recruitment process consists of document screening, a practical interview, and an executive interview. After completing a medical examination, the final successful candidates will be announced. The entire process will be conducted in a blind format to ensure fairness, and an artificial intelligence (AI) competency assessment will also be implemented to enhance transparency and reliability in the recruitment procedure.
