Goryeong County Signs Consignment Agreement for Family Center Operation

Family Welfare Association Selected as Consignment Agency
Full-Scale Implementation of Customized Family Services Begins

Goryeong County (Governor Lee Namcheol) announced on the 31st that it had signed a consignment agreement with the Family Welfare Association, a social welfare corporation, on the 30th to improve the efficiency of operating the Family Center.

Through this agreement, the Goryeong County Family Center will actively provide customized services aimed at improving quality of life and strengthening family functions for various groups, including single-person households, multicultural families, and general families.

Previously, in June, the county conducted an open recruitment for a consignment organization, and after a rigorous evaluation of 10 criteria, including project execution capability and expertise, selected the Family Welfare Association as the final operating institution.

Governor Lee Namcheol stated, "I am pleased that the Family Welfare Association, equipped with systematic and professional capabilities, will be operating the center," and added, "We will actively support the Family Center so that it can become an open welfare space where any county resident can trust and comfortably visit."
