Credit Finance Association Selects 575 Outstanding Credit Card Recruiters

15 Percent of All Recruiters Selected... 49 Named as 'Green Masters'

The Credit Finance Association announced on July 30, 2025, that it has selected 575 outstanding credit card recruiters for 2025. This accounts for 15% of all full-time recruiters.

Since 2017, the association has been granting certification as outstanding credit card recruiters based on evaluations of factors such as length of service, member retention rate, and violations of incomplete sales or recruitment order.

Outstanding recruiters are issued a certificate. They are also granted the right to use the certification logo on business cards and recruiter identification cards for member sales activities.

A total of 49 individuals were selected as 'Green Masters' (special certification program).

The Green Master certification is awarded to recruiters who have been selected as outstanding recruiters for five consecutive years, based on the highest member retention rates.

Green Masters are given the right to use the certification logo on business cards and recruiter identification cards for member recruitment activities.

This year, the validity period for both the outstanding recruiter and Green Master certifications is one year, from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026.

Jung Wankyu, Chairman of the association, stated, "Recruiters with professionalism and a strong sense of ethics play an important role," and added, "We expect that outstanding recruiters will continue to contribute to establishing a sound recruitment order in the industry and enhancing consumer trust."
