On July 29, iM Financial Group held the '2025 Group Executive Workshop,' where it shared its management performance for the first half of the year and discussed strategies for the second half.

This workshop was organized to bring together the group's executives in one place to secure the group's future competitiveness through iM Financial's ongoing transformation and innovation, and to strengthen synergy and cooperation among its affiliates. Based on the excellent performance in the first half of the year, the event was held to prepare for even greater progress in the second half and to reaffirm the group's vision for sustainable growth.

The workshop began with an opening address by Chairman Hwang Byungwoo, followed by strategic presentations from all group affiliates and in-depth discussions on these topics.

After the strategy meeting, a special lecture on the topic of 'Korean Won Stablecoin' was held, providing an opportunity to examine changes in the digital currency environment and the future direction of the financial industry. In the subsequent lecture on 'Core Competencies of 21st Century Leaders,' participants reflected on the adaptability and self-management skills that leaders must possess in a rapidly changing era.

Hwang Byungwoo, Chairman of iM Financial Group, stated, "Customers remember experiences, not organizations, so collaboration from the customer's perspective is crucial for securing competitiveness." He emphasized, "All executives should boldly break down invisible barriers and ensure that the group moves as one."
