269 Applicants Compete for 4 Administrative Positions in Sejong City

This year, the competition rate for the open recruitment exam for Grade 7 local government officials in Sejong City reached 67.3 to 1, an increase from last year's 62.2 to 1.

According to the application results for the open recruitment exam for Grade 7 local government officials, which were accepted from July 21 to July 25, a total of 269 applicants competed for 4 administrative positions, resulting in a competition rate of 67.3 to 1. This is a slight increase compared to 2024, when 311 applicants competed for 5 positions, recording a competition rate of 62.2 to 1. This suggests that interest in Sejong City government positions remains strong.

The test locations will be announced on the city website on October 21, and the written exam will take place on November 1. The career competitive recruitment exam for rural development advisors will also be held on the same schedule. For the rural development advisor position, 47 applicants competed for 1 opening.
