Umi Estate is an asset management company that manages rental housing complexes with a scale of 5,000 households. Kim Taeseong, CEO of CareRing, stated, "As society enters a super-aged era, it is urgent to diversify senior-customized residential models that combine housing and care services. Through this agreement, based on the expertise and experience accumulated by both companies, we will actively create age-friendly mixed-use complexes that more seniors can enjoy at reasonable costs."
