The "On-site Industrial Complex Communication Meeting," which aims to listen to the difficulties faced by tenant companies in industrial complexes and seek solutions, was held on July 21.
On July 23, Sejong City announced that it had arranged a meeting with representatives of tenant companies in the Bugang Industrial Complex in Bugang-myeon.
This meeting, which is regularly held every two months and presided over by Lee Seungwon, Deputy Mayor for Economic Affairs, is designed to examine the issues faced by companies in each industrial complex and to promote field-oriented corporate support policies.
Company representatives discussed various topics, including measures to stabilize housing for workers, environmental improvements through the replacement of aging sidewalks near the industrial complex, and environmental maintenance through tree thinning within the complex. After review by the relevant departments, support measures will be developed.
After the meeting, Deputy Mayor Lee Seungwon toured the automotive lighting device production process at LED Lightec, listened to the difficulties faced on-site, and exchanged opinions on technology and production environments. He also visited and inspected the site where a new parking lot is needed to address the persistent issue of parking space shortages, which tenant companies have consistently raised as an area for improvement.
Deputy Mayor Lee Seungwon stated, "Through the on-site industrial complex meetings, we will strengthen field-oriented communication," adding, "We will continue to implement business-friendly policies by listening to the difficulties faced in the industrial field and striving to improve residential conditions in industrial complexes."
