On the 18th, Kyungyeop Kim, CEO of Lotte Innovate, gave a presentation at the "Lotte Artificial Intelligence Showcase 2025" held at Lotte Hotel World.
Lotte Innovate is accelerating its entry into the B2B (business-to-business) market with the launch of its enterprise-customized artificial intelligence (AI) platform, "iMember 3.0."
On July 18, Lotte Innovate announced that it had unveiled its AI agent platform "iMember 3.0" at the "Lotte AI Showcase 2025," held at Lotte Hotel World in Jamsil, Seoul. The new version significantly improves features and user experience (UX), reflecting real-world usage and feedback from version 2.0, which was released in August last year.
iMember 3.0 is equipped with a total of six features: ▲AI Assistant (chatbot), ▲AI Meeting Notes, ▲Vision Studio (image generation and editing), ▲Voice Maker (voice generation and synthesis), ▲Checkmate (document review), and ▲AI Report.
In particular, the "AI Assistant" feature incorporates a Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration structure, which standardizes interactions between large language models (LLMs), external data, and tools. In addition, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology has been introduced, enabling more accurate and contextually relevant responses based on real-time data searches.
The "AI Report" feature now includes automatic generation of visual infographics in addition to simple text summarization, further enhancing the efficiency of corporate report creation. The entire UI and UX have been completely revamped to improve usability, and the security system has been strengthened to better suit enterprise environments.
Lotte Innovate plans to expand the application of this platform not only within the Lotte Group but also to external companies. The company aims to provide industry-specific customized services by expanding AI agents specialized in consulting, development, and operations. It also intends to actively pursue overseas market expansion in the future.
Kyungyeop Kim, CEO of Lotte Innovate, stated, "Our goal is to increase the number of external client companies to 300 within this year," adding, "We will continue to advance our technology to establish iMember as Korea's leading AI platform."
