NongHyup Financial Holds 2nd Customer Strategy Council

NongHyup Financial Group announced that on the 17th, it held the '2025 2nd NongHyup Financial Customer Strategy Council' at its main conference room at the headquarters in Seodaemun, Seoul, presided over by Chairman Lee Chanwoo. The council was attended by more than 50 executives and employees responsible for customer strategy from the holding company and its subsidiaries.

NongHyup Financial analyzed the performance for the first half of the year regarding its three major customer strategy directions: strengthening customer trust, responding to low birth rates and an aging population, and innovating customer experience. The company also reviewed its plans for the second half of the year.

In the first half of this year, NongHyup Bank launched the 'NH Korea Hero Loan and Deposit Package' tailored for police and firefighters, as well as the 'E8 Package' for foreign customers. These initiatives were part of significant efforts and achievements to enhance product competitiveness.

There were presentations on new business ideas, outstanding achievements, and hidden contributors, all selected through the inaugural '2025 NongHyup Financial Customer Experience Innovation Contest' held this year.

Meanwhile, to strengthen its senior brand, enhance competitiveness in retail businesses such as retirement pensions, and reinforce its product lineup for each stage of the customer life cycle, NongHyup Financial Group and its subsidiaries have jointly formed and are operating the 'Customer Strategy Rapid Response Task Force.'

Lee Chanwoo, Chairman of NongHyup Financial Group, stated, "A single small idea can become the seed that transforms NongHyup Financial."
