Sharing Strategies for Utilizing AI in the Global Market
The Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association announced that, as the final program of the 4th Women Entrepreneurs Week, it held the "2nd Women Entrepreneurs Market Access Capacity Building Training and MD Consultation Meeting" on the 16th at the aT Center in Seocho-gu, Gangnam, to strengthen the market access and global expansion capabilities of women-led businesses.
This training and consultation meeting is part of the "Women Entrepreneurs Market Access Capacity Building Support Project," hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and organized by the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association. Last month, the first round of training and consultation was held in Gwangju Metropolitan City.

The program consisted of training sessions and one-on-one matching consultations with distribution company MDs. The training, held both online and offline, was themed "Entering the Global Market Using AI (Artificial Intelligence)" and aimed to support women-led businesses in expanding into global markets. A total of 350 women-led companies attended the event in person.
Directors Kim Dae-soo and Lee Sunhwa delivered lectures on "Strategies for Entering Global Markets in Line with the Worldwide Expansion of K-Brands and Creating Overseas Sales Content Using AI." Professor Moon Hyungnam of Sookmyung Women's University gave a lecture on "Understanding Overseas Markets and Consumer Trends Using AI Data Analysis Tools and Establishing Successful Local Market Entry Strategies Through Competitor Analysis."
The MD consultation meeting was attended by 150 women-led companies and 30 MDs from major domestic distributors such as Market Kurly and Oasis. Participating women-led businesses had the opportunity to consult and receive product advice with two to three distributors they wished to enter, and to develop product strategies tailored to each distribution channel.
Park Chang-sook, president of the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association, stated, "In the AI era, the pace and precision of changes in consumption and distribution trends are accelerating," and added, "We will continue to expand our integrated market access capacity building support projects in line with the changing times, so that outstanding products from women-led businesses can be effectively delivered to consumers."
