Actor Shin Hyunjoon Appointed as Gangnam District Public Relations Ambassador

Gangnam District in Seoul has appointed actor Shin Hyunjoon as its public relations ambassador. On July 16, Gangnam District announced that Shin Hyunjoon will actively promote the district's culture, tourism, and policies through various channels, including attending major district events, appearing in promotional videos, and creating content for social networking services (SNS). The appointment ceremony was held that day at the main building of the district office.

Shin Hyunjoon is well known as a close friend of actor Jung Junho, who is already serving as a public relations ambassador for Gangnam District, raising expectations for a synergistic effect through their collaboration.

Since making his debut in the 1990 film "General's Son," Shin Hyunjoon has built a diverse acting career across various genres, including "Guns & Talks," "Barefoot Ki Bong," and the "Marrying the Mafia" series.

Recently, he has been communicating with the public through a family variety show, where he is portrayed as a warm and cheerful father of two sons and one daughter. In addition, he has been nurturing future talent for 15 years as a professor in the Department of Performing Arts at Induk University.
