Yeon Hyunju, CEO of Saenghwal Research Institute, Wins Prime Minister's Award at the 2025 Women Entrepreneurs Meritorious Service Awards

Recognized for Contributions to Women's Job Creation and More

Saenghwal Research Institute announced on the 16th that CEO Yeon Hyunju received the Prime Minister's Award in the Model Women Entrepreneurs category at the '2025 Women Entrepreneurs Meritorious Service Awards' organized by the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association.

The Women Entrepreneurs Meritorious Service Awards are given to individuals and companies that serve as exemplary models for the development of women-owned businesses. Recipients are selected annually based on evaluations in multiple areas, including contribution to the national economy, creation of a women-friendly corporate culture, employee-centered management, and social contribution.


Saenghwal Research Institute was recognized for its achievements in increasing the proportion of female employees to 73.2% of its total workforce over the past three years, as well as for training about 170,000 cleaning managers, thereby contributing to job creation for middle-aged and older women.


Saenghwal Research Institute is also committed to fostering a culture that supports work-life balance. The company provides all employees with Saenghwal Research Institute house cleaning points worth 300,000 won per month, and has established a flexible work environment through various welfare programs such as up to 30 days of long-term service leave, birthday leave, a flexible work hours system, and one day of remote work per week to boost morale among executives and employees.
