Actress Lee Hyeyoung is appearing in an advertisement for the first time in 31 years through the Community Chest of Korea, also known as Fruit of Love (Chairman Kim Byungjun). On July 15, Fruit of Love announced, "Actress Lee Hyeyoung and Cha Jooyoung have been selected as the final models for our 2025 year-round brand advertising campaign."
Fruit of Love plans to launch a new creative approach, distinct from previous donation campaigns, in its year-round brand advertisement airing from August. The key message will be 'A unique life and passion through sharing.'
Fruit of Love explained the reason for the selection, saying, "The confident attitude Lee Hyeyoung has shown in each of her works, and her passion for taking on new challenges regardless of age, will create tremendous synergy in promoting the Fruit of Love brand and the unique value of sharing." Lee Hyeyoung's agency stated, "I decided to participate because I resonated with the message of 'a unique life and passion through sharing' that this Fruit of Love advertisement seeks to convey."
Fruit of Love also stated, "We expect that the consistent challenges and sincerity demonstrated by actress Cha Jooyoung will add depth to the advertising message." Cha Jooyoung's agency commented, "The process of discovering new sides of myself with each project has been both a challenge and a joy," and added, "I hope the heartfelt message Fruit of Love wishes to deliver will reach many people through this advertisement."
