Neoguri's Ramen Shop Opens at Yeouido and Jamsil Docks
A Unique Experience of Enjoying K-Ramen on the Hangang River
On July 14, Nongshim announced that it has set up a K-Ramen experience store, 'Neoguri's Ramen Shop,' at the Yeouido and Jamsil docks of the 'Hangang Bus' in Seoul.
The Seoul Hangang Bus is a waterborne public transportation system that operates between a total of seven docks from Magok to Jamsil. It is currently in trial operation ahead of its official launch in September. Nongshim established Neoguri's Ramen Shop at the Yeouido and Jamsil docks, where the largest number of passengers is expected.
Visitors can purchase ramen at the CU convenience store located at the Hangang Bus dock and then use the instant cooking machines at the second-floor Neoguri's Ramen Shop to cook and enjoy it themselves. The interior is themed after the space described in the children's book 'Neoguri Ramen Shop,' published in March, and features a Neoguri character photo zone and tables shaped like large cup noodles.
A Nongshim representative said, "Through Neoguri's Ramen Shop at the Hangang Bus dock, we aim to raise brand awareness not only among waterborne public transportation users but also among tourists visiting Hangang Park. We plan to further enhance the global appeal of the Nongshim brand by offering a unique experience of enjoying K-Ramen at Hangang, which has become a must-visit destination for international tourists."
