4,098 Units to Be Supplied Across Six Complexes Nationwide Including Gimpo in the Third Week of July

Next week, a total of 4,098 housing units will be supplied across six complexes nationwide, including Gimpo and Goyang in Gyeonggi Province.

According to Real Estate R114 on July 12, in the third week of July, 4,098 units (of which 3,192 are available for general sale) will begin distribution in areas such as Gimpo and Goyang in Gyeonggi Province, as well as Incheon. This figure represents a decrease of 4,747 units compared to the previous week's supply of 8,845 units. The total number of units supplied this month is 44,000, an increase of 69% compared to the previous month.

Hyosung Heavy Industries will supply 'Harrington Place Pungmu' in the Yangdo District of Gimpo, across Apartment Complexes 1 to 3. Block 1 consists of 866 units in eight buildings, ranging from three basement levels to a maximum of 29 floors above ground. Block 2 will offer 664 units in seven buildings, also from two basement levels to a maximum of 29 floors above ground. Block 3 will consist of 239 units in three buildings, ranging from three basement levels to a maximum of 21 floors above ground.

Harrington Place Pungmu is located near Gimpo-daero, Gimpo Hangang-ro, and Olympic-daero, providing easy access to Seoul. The Pungmu Station on the Gimpo Gold Line metropolitan subway is nearby, and schools such as Pungmu Elementary School and Yangdo Middle School are within walking distance.

In addition, applications will open for 'Goyang Janghang S1 (public sale)' in Janghang-dong, Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, and 'Geomdan Lake Park Station Jungheung S-Class (AA24)' in Bullo-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon.
