Choi Junghoon (Mokpo 4) urged, "We need to strengthen publicity for the Youth Assembly School and establish active measures to encourage more schools in the province to participate."

Lim Hyungseok (Gwangyang 1) stated, "A fair and systematic evaluation system should be implemented so that policy support officers can fully demonstrate their expertise," and requested that materials related to legislative activities be promptly posted on the Council's website so that residents can access timely information.

Jin Hokeon (Gokseong) pointed out, "Although AI programs such as ChatGPT are being actively utilized, some policy support officers are personally covering the program usage fees," and urged, "Provide appropriate support to policy support officers so that work efficiency can be improved through AI utilization."

Kim Juwung (Proportional Representation) stressed, "Early execution of the budget is crucial for local economic recovery," and requested, "The Council Secretariat should quickly implement planned projects to provide tangible support to the local economy."

Chairperson Park Moonok (Mokpo 3) noted, "Currently, council research groups are not producing effective outcomes except for commissioning research services," and pointed out, "The operation methods should be reorganized so that research groups and non-permanent special committees can make substantial contributions to policy development and legislative activities for the residents."

Chairperson Park concluded by suggesting, "There needs to be a system in which proposals and recommendations adopted by the Jeonnam Provincial Council are not only addressed at the council level but are also linked as agenda items at the National Association of Provincial Council Chairpersons, so that they can be reflected in central government policies."
