Lotte Construction's Lotte Castle Ranks No. 1 in Apartment Brand Preference in Bu-Ul-Gyeong Region

Results of Real Estate R114 Survey

Lotte Construction announced on the 11th that its apartment brand "Lotte Castle" ranked first in apartment brand preference in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam (Bu-Ul-Gyeong) region.

According to Lotte Construction, real estate research firm Real Estate R114 and research agency Turnaround conducted the "2025 Apartment Brand Favorability Survey" of 3,262 people nationwide from June 27 to July 2. When combining the response rates for three categories?brand favorability, brand awareness, and intention to reside?Lotte Castle received the highest score in the Bu-Ul-Gyeong region. Among residents of Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam, 20.9% selected Lotte Castle as the most favored apartment brand. Brand awareness reached 82%, the highest in the region.

The survey showed that the higher the favorability and awareness of a brand, the greater the proportion of respondents who expressed a desire to live in apartments of that brand. Lotte Castle received high evaluations in all three categories in the Bu-Ul-Gyeong region.

Real Estate R114 cited Lotte Castle's numerous successful sales cases and the accumulation of local residents' trust in the brand as the background for its high preference in this region. The agency further analyzed that Lotte Castle's competitiveness stands out, as higher brand favorability positively influences consumers' intention to reside.

Lotte Construction has supplied numerous large-scale complexes in the Bu-Ul-Gyeong region. In Busan, these include Lotte Castle Kaiser in Hwamyeong-dong (5,239 units), Lotte Castle Star in Haeundae (906 units), Lotte Castle Legend in Daeyeon (3,149 units), and Lotte Castle Frontiel in Yangjeong (903 units). In Changwon, Lotte Castle Centum Gold (956 units) and Lotte Castle Harbor Palace (981 units) have been supplied.

On this day, Lotte Construction opened a model home in Haeundae-gu, Busan, and is offering "Leeliver Park Centum" (2,070 units) for sale. Special supply applications will be accepted on the 21st, first-priority applications on the 22nd, and second-priority applications on the 23rd. Winners will be announced on the 29th.

At the end of this month, the sale of "Lotte Castle Skyel at Gaya Station" (725 units) in Busanjin-gu, Busan is scheduled.
