Coway Ranks First in Three Categories in 2025 National Customer Satisfaction Index Survey

Water Purifiers, Healthcare Massage Appliances, and Rental Care Services Ranked First in Customer Satisfaction

Coway announced on the 10th that it ranked first in the water purifier, healthcare massage appliance, and rental care service categories in the '2025 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI)' survey conducted by the Korea Productivity Center.

The National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey is an indicator that measures customer satisfaction with products and services provided by companies, with customers who have actual experience directly evaluating their satisfaction. It assesses expectations, quality, and brand value for products and services, and announces the top company in each category. In this survey, Coway received the highest customer satisfaction scores in the water purifier, healthcare massage appliance, and rental care service categories, ranking first in each area.


In the water purifier category, products including the Icon Water Purifier series received excellent evaluations, achieving first place for the second consecutive year. The recently launched Icon Pro Water Purifier is equipped with a full touchscreen for intuitive operation, and features a recipe mode that automatically sets the optimal temperature, volume, and preparation method for coffee, tea, formula, ramen, and other uses, receiving high marks for its convenience.


In the healthcare massage appliance category, the BEREX brand's sleep and healing care product line was recognized for its high massage effectiveness and advanced technology. The flagship product, the BEREX Triple Chair, is a 3-in-1 multifunctional chair combining massage chair, office chair, and recliner sofa functions. Despite its sophisticated design and compact size, it offers a comfortable seating experience and a variety of massage modes.


In the rental care service category, differentiated hygiene management and customer convenience services received positive feedback. This year, as part of its customer-centric management, Coway introduced the 'Service Manager Arrival Notification Service' and the 'Free Cody Visit Care Service' to strengthen trust with customers. During installation and after-sales service (AS), customers can check the service manager's departure information, current location, and estimated arrival time in real time via notification messages, enhancing convenience. Additionally, for self-managed customers who have difficulty managing on their own or require professional care, Coway provides two free professional care services during the rental period.
