This agreement was established to contribute to the development of the local community, jointly plan educational programs for adult learners, and promote the training of professional personnel.

In particular, Justino College of Liberal Arts plans to provide industry-academic cooperation scholarships to students recommended by the Daegu Women's Human Resources Development Center, thereby offering practical support and expanding women's participation in lifelong education.
