At this contest, 48 policies were chosen as outstanding cases from among approximately 156 policies submitted by central government agencies, local governments, and public institutions.

At the event, Ansan City received encouragement awards for two initiatives: the "Mobile Donation Platform - Smart Sharing Kiosk" in the welfare category, and the "ONE-PASS Contest Project Management Model" in the strategic category.

The "Citizen Participation Mobile Donation Platform - Smart Sharing Kiosk," promoted by the city's Welfare Policy Division, was highly evaluated for establishing a virtuous cycle donation culture environment where any citizen can easily participate in giving through a mobile platform. The sharing kiosks are installed in locations with high foot traffic, increasing accessibility to donations and enhancing promotional effects. They are also operated in connection with various festivals and citizen participation programs.

The "ONE-PASS System," operated primarily by the Strategic Projects Division's Contest Project Team, was recognized for enhancing collaboration and execution within the administration by unifying the processes of planning, application, selection, and performance management for contest projects that were previously scattered across departments. Through this system, the city achieved results such as being selected for vibrant, region-specific projects including: the Multicultural Village Special Zone Local Characterization Project, the GH Medical Welfare Social Contribution Project, the Utilization of Our Hometown Heritage Project, and the Industrial Complex Environmental Improvement Project.

Min Geun Lee, mayor of Ansan, stated, "This award is external recognition that the city is proactively discovering innovative and tangible policies that citizens can experience," and added, "We will continue to realize sustainable administration through effective policies that citizens can truly feel."
