Initech announced on July 10 that, together with Astron Security, it showcased an integrated security architecture at 'CISO KOREA 2025'.
Initech and Astron Security jointly operated a booth to unveil solutions such as Zero Trust and Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP). The integrated security architecture is based on the latest security paradigms and is designed to help public and private organizations, which are accelerating digital transformation amid rapidly evolving cyber threats, build flexible security systems.
At the joint booth, key features were introduced, including: a Zero Trust-based ICAM platform that implements user- and asset-based authentication and authorization policies; and a dynamic PDP-based policy control system that enables context-aware policy creation and real-time application.
The company explained that real-world implementation cases involving Initech's ICAM and PDP-based policy control solutions, as well as Astron Security's CNAPP and CSPM technologies, drew significant attention.
Yoo Byungjae, Director at Initech, gave a presentation titled 'The Zero Trust Journey: A Roadmap for Successful Security Innovation.' Using actual cases from the public sector and financial industry, he explained the main phases of Zero Trust implementation, the risks and organizational change management issues to consider during adoption, and strategies for integrating with CNAPP.
A company representative stated, "Through this event, we were able to confirm the positive market response to Zero Trust and CNAPP," and added, "We will continue to position ourselves as the optimal partner for public institutions and private companies seeking safe and efficient security transformation through strategic collaboration."
This is the largest information security conference in Korea, hosted by Security News and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA).
